Question:
Different between charging internal resistance and discharging internal resistance?

Answer:

The internal resistance when the battery was 100% fully charged is charging internal resistance.

The internal resistance when the battery was fully discharged is discharging internal resistance.

Generally, the discharge internal resistance is slightly big and not steady. The charge internal resistance is small and steady. Charging internal resistance have actual meaning during usage. Due to the electrolyte dry up and inside active chemical material decrease at the final use period, the battery internal resistance would rise at different degree.
